Raclette Grill Recipe Ideas

In one of my previous blog posts, I promised that I would share some of my quick and easy raclette grill recipes, so today’s post is to share my handy little raclette grill secret cooking with you all.

Raclette grilling is by far, one of my most favorite ways to cook. I usually get my raclette out on Friday night and it stays on our kitchen table for the entire weekend. This allows my children to get involved in cooking. As I’ve mentioned before, it’s a great way for informal dining. It means that you can prepare the food earlier then call some friends around for some fun and informal dining in a casual way.

Ok, let’s get on with some easy raclette grill recipe ideas.

If you haven’t bought a Raclette Grill yet, you’ll need one. Check out my top picks of the Best Raclette Grills to add to your kitchen.

For the Spatulas Underneath

Nachos

Raclette-Nachos-RecipeThis is by far, one of my kids favorites. Why? Because they can prepare their own spatula of what they want and place it underneath the raclette grill themselves. My husband normally goes for the nachos with cheese and spicy jalapeno peppers, whereas my kids love the traditional nachos, chips, cheese and salsa. After their spatulas of nachos have cooked, I have already prepped and placed on the kitchen bench, some sour cream and avocado if they wish to add.

Another cute idea to place in small servings of the spatulas are Mediterranean style such as peppers, egg, feta and olives.

Eggs and More

One of my sisters favorites is to place egg, cheese, corn and peppers underneath – this is yummy also.

Get creative with anything you want by listening to your taste buds.

The spatulas provide a great way to experiment with small versions of different meals. It’s fun to create your own dishes, place under the raclette grill, wait for it to be ready and eat directly off the spatula. This allows for cute little servings of a variety of different meals.

Like I’ve mentioned above, it’s important to have all your food prep done beforehand and placed in small dishes so you can add whatever you want easy to your spatulas and on top of your raclette grill.
